Mr. Eskin accepted service as a VISTA Volunteer and was assigned to Brighton Center in Newport, Kentucky. With the assistance of VISTA Volunteers and the Brighton Center staff, he established "Concerned Consumers."

After admission to the State Bar of Nevada, Mr. Eskin's was first employed as an associate attorney with Vargas, Bartlett & Dixon located at the Valley Bank Plaza, 300 S. Fourth Street, Las Vegas. His responsibilities included legal service in corporate, business, administrative, labor, civil litigation, insurance defense, collection, probate, and personal injury matters.

In 1981, Mr. Eskin was appointed by Attorney General Richard H. Bryan as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada and served in the Las Vegas office at Valley Bank Plaza. He was legal counsel to the Nevada Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists, Chiropractic Physicians Board of Nevada, State Board of Cosmetology, and the State Board of Podiatry. He also provided legal services to the Nevada Athletic Commission, Real Estate Commission and was assigned to the Washoe County Grand Jury's investigation of the Washoe County Assessor's Office.

In 1981, Mr. Eskin opened his law practice at 101 Convention Center Drive, Las Vegas, providing legal services to individuals and businesses in Southern Nevada regarding corporate, business, administrative, labor, civil litigation, collection, real estate, family, probate, medical malpractice and personal injury matters. He was appointed as a co-special prosecutor for the State of Nevada for a homicide case which was tried to conviction, served as general counsel for Governor Richard Bryan's successful 1988 United States Senate campaign, was a six-year member on the Local Government Employee-Management Relations Board, served as the receiver for an architecture firm, and accepted appointments as resident agent for businesses incorporated in the State of Nevada. He also appeared before many Nevada courts, including the District Court and the Supreme Court.

In 1989, Mr. Eskin merged his practice to form Keefer, O'Reilly, Ferrario & Eskin located at 325 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas. During the three years of the merger, he was engaged in corporate, business, administrative, gaming, contract, labor, civil and commercial litigation, collection, real estate, family, probate, medical malpractice and personal injury matters. He appeared on behalf of clients before Nevada courts and administrative agencies, including the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Gaming Control Board.

SPORTING INTERESTS:
Mr. Eskin is an avid sports' fan with particular allegiances to the UNLV Rebels, UCLA Bruins, Los Angeles Lakers, Cincinnati Reds, and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He has enjoyed coaching more than thirty youth soccer, basketball, baseball and softball teams during the past twenty years. These teams have been affiliated with the Silver State Girls' Soccer League, Green Valley Little League, Clark County Parks and Recreation, Paradise Valley Little League, Sagebrush Youth Soccer League and Green Valley Youth Soccer League.
