EXPERIENCE:
In 1978, as an attorney with Vargas, Bartlett & Dixon, legal services were provided in administrative, business, civil litigation, collection, insurance defense, labor, probate, and personal injury matters. In 1979, Mr. Eskin was appointed by Attorney General Richard H. Bryan as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada and served in the Las Vegas office. He was legal counsel to the Nevada Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists, Chiropractic Physicians Board of Nevada, State Board of Cosmetology, and the State Board of Podiatry. He also provided legal services to the Nevada Athletic Commission, Real Estate Commission and was assigned to the Washoe County Grand Jury's investigation of the Washoe County Assessor's Office. In 1981, Mr. Eskin opened a civil law practice at the Valley Bank Center, Las Vegas, providing legal services to individuals and businesses in corporate, business, administrative, labor, civil litigation, collection, real estate, family, probate, medical malpractice and personal injury matters. He was appointed as a co-special prosecutor for the State of Nevada for a homicide case which was tried to conviction, served as General Counsel for Governor Richard Bryan's successful 1988 United States Senate campaign, was a six-year member on the Local Government Employee-Management Relations Board, served as the receiver for an architecture firm, and accepted appointments as Resident Agent for businesses incorporated in the State of Nevada. He also appeared before many Nevada courts, including the District Court and the Supreme Court. In 1989, Mr. Eskin merged his practice to form Keefer, O'Reilly, Ferrario & Eskin. During the three years of the merger, he was engaged in corporate, business, administrative, arbitration, gaming, contract, labor, civil and commercial litigation, collection, real estate, family, probate, medical malpractice and personal injury matters. He appeared before Nevada courts and administrative agencies, including the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Gaming Control Board. In 1992, the association with Keefer, O'Reilly, Ferrario & Eskin dissolved, and Mr. Eskin relocated his practice. He continues to provide legal services in administrative, arbitration, business, civil litigation, collection, contract, family, mediation, personal injury and real estate matters.

SPORTING INTERESTS:
Mr. Eskin is an avid sports' fan with particular allegiances to the UNLV Rebels, UCLA Bruins, Los Angeles Lakers, Cincinnati Reds, and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He has coached more than thirty youth soccer, basketball, baseball and softball teams in the past two decades. These teams have been affiliated with the Silver State Girls' Soccer League, Green Valley Little League, Clark County Parks and Recreation, Paradise Valley Little League, Sagebrush Youth Soccer League and Green Valley Youth Soccer League.
